Q: How do we place order?
A: Please contact us by mail, phone call or leave us message for us to understand your order details. We'll make PI with necessary cooperation details along with bank account information for you to arrange payment. We'll obey the PI terms to fullfill our obligations to prepare your ordered products.
Q: Can you provide SDK/API for our product integration and program my own APP?
A: Yes, we can offer SDK and bluetooth protocal when you place order.
Q: If I want to change package, can you make our own package?
A: OEM package may require MOQ like 3000pcs, smaller q'ty of OEM package would cause cost up much.
Q: Are your products enviroment friendly and safe to use?
A: Our products adopted safe technology of Bluetooth and use enviroment friendly materials, they passed CE, FCC, Rohs tests. They are green product and safe to use.
